Subframe bushing removal tool : $50

It cost me about $65 to make it, so for $45 you get it drilled, assembled, and quality tested (I used it once without a problem). The threaded rod is stainless, so it should never gall. Suddenly, I can't post a picture, don't know why. I've posted other pictures. Here's the thread I used to make it.

DIY- Subframe bushing removal/Install tool.... easy to use, for uber cheap! https://www.bimmerforums.com/forum/s...for-uber-cheap!

here's a link to the Craigslist Ad, which has a picture:

Interested. Does that $50 include shipping to LA?

I'll split it with you. USPS is about $16.

Stainless is extremely prone to galling unless properly lubricated.
Just keep that threaded rod well lubed.

I also have a rear trailing arm bushing tool. I have pictures, but can't post here. I can email them to you.

Okay, how about $45? It's the best tool for the job, and it's doing no good sitting in my shop.

Surely some people are changing rear subframe bushings to poly. It's the best handling mod there is, and cheap. So... somebody needs this tool!
