06 750 key fob WRONG KEYS

Hello fellow bimmer fans.first time posting but have learned alot thanks to you guys.so i lost my key fob for my 06 750li and got new set from dealership.they said it will start my vehicle just need extra programming for CA.went home and car dash says wrong keys.towed car to a bimmer shop and they want me to install a new cas unit because they cannot get theyr scanner tools to work on my car.they say my car is blocking them out and that i need to pay 1500 for new cas module.is this a possibility for that to happen.my vehicle never had a problem with ignition.i just ordered new key fob thats it.i have my car at theyr shop still please help if familiar with this problem thanks in advance.

I have never heard of this happening - have them read the codes off your car to see if there are any stored ones that may point to an issue.
