    2014 or 2015 X3 M-sport for the wife

I'm new to the forum and currently looking for an X3 M-sport for my wife. I've been looking for a CPO car and the 2015's just aren't really off leases in droves quite yet. We drove a 2017 M-sport car but don't want to spend that kind of money right now. Found a few 2014's we like but I'm wondering if waiting for a CPO 2015 is worth it for the refreshed body and possibly new entertainment system. Also, any pointers when looking at a used 2014/2015 X3 that are typical issues? If it's certified, I guess that's not a huge concern but want to familiarize myself with them.

Additionally, my wife and I have read great things about the Dynamic Handling Package so I'm also looking into that.

I know what you mean.. Tons of 2014's available, but no '15's till next year. What version do you want? the Xdrive28i or 35i? I'd wait for a 2015 if your in the market for a 28i. One reason is the revised timing chain guide on the N20 engine.

Looking at the 35i. Wanted the extra power and the nice grumble.

If you're going to consider a 14, might as well put a low mileage 13 on the list.

If you can wait for it, go for the '15...if for not other reason than the slight refreshes it has. I have an '11 X3 35i M-Sport and love it...but wish I had the newer nav/entertainment system and HUD. And DHP.

But if you arent considering one with HUD and use your phone for nav, then go with a '13 or '14.
Current: 2011 X3 35i M-Sport, Deep Sea Blue Metallic, Oyster Napa interior, Afe intake, RaceChip Ultimate.

Past: 1998 M3 sedan, Cosmos Schwartz Metallic, Black interior, Euro 6-speed, AA Stage II TwinScrew supercharger, and a bunch of other mods.
