I was replacing the seat recline gear in my driver's side power vader, and at some point this T40 bolt either fell out of nowhere or I removed it and have no recollection of doing so. Things got better when I cracked the replacement gear while pressing it onto the spindle, so I just put it back together without the gear so I can drive while the new one is on its way. Now the seat won't latch into the upright position (coupe with the little tilt-y handle thing on the side) and just leans back indefinitely. So, does anyone know off hand where this bolt goes? I haven't found it in the RealOEM diagrams so far either.

Seat belt rail forward attach, just forward of rear seat base at floor, forward attach.
So it's not even off of the seat at all? I think this is it then, but I don't see how it could've fallen out or any signs that it did. The seatbelt is attached just fine. Maybe it fell during previous work on the car?
In that case, why might the seat not be latching in the upright position? While I was trying to take the gearbox out, before I realized it could stay in place, something spring-loaded popped. Or is it just because there are no longer fragments of a gear holding everything in place?
