    FS: e34 m5 gauge cluster 67k

    This is something that came with my dinan 7 e32 I bought. The previous owner intended to one day add an oil temp sender and install it but never got around to it. He borrowed the M logo from the cluster and then proceeded to put it in his basement. There is a warranty sticker from the junkyard it was purchased from which dates back to 1997 so this has been sitting in a basement on a shelf for the past two decades. There is a small crack on the corner and maybe a slight blemish at the bottom of the tach. I plugged it into the car to read the mileage but thats about it. Also various bulbs are missing from the back. I'm looking for $350 shipped. The vin on the coding plug is bk06009

    Rare item at 67k but the blue back clusters are only for non 91 cars and 90% of all e34 M5 in the US are 90-91 production. Also the damage to the glass isn't helping. GLWS

    I think you might be mistaken on the interchangeability with clusters. This cluster is from a january of 1991 production M5 if you run the vin on the coding plug.

    At the end of the day it would be a good part for a non M5, the plastic on the front could easily be swapped out for any non M cluster, its all the same.

    It will plug in and work but you would need to wire the oil temp gauge. I plugged it into my 7 series to test it but didn't go any further than that.
