I have got my 188mm rear differential cleaned and ready to assemble first thing i was going to do was bolt ring gear to LSD and my ring gear bolts are to small looks like i need the 14mm? if anyone has a set they want to sell please let my know. not sure what the gear set came out of but the holes line up just bolts don't fit. i pulled 2 other 188mm diffs apart looking for bolts and even pulled my 210mm diff all had the small bolts... Help

No,is a used gear set i got 6 months ago, I didn't know there were 2 different size bolts until today. I cant believe that the 210mm ring gear uses the small bolts, anyone know why only some 188mm have big bolts but not the 210mm?

just from what I've seen, the e36 lsd uses m14 and e36 non lsd use m12? no idea about 210mm

Try contacting Thayer Motorsports, they supply internal parts to the three major BMW case sizes (168, 188 & 210 mm); I've only purchased the LSD rebuilding kits (spacers and friction discs) from them, but pretty sure they supply other parts as well.
