The engine is making a knocking sound, i have taken off the intake manifold and replaced all bad rubber hoses and checked boots for leaks. I also replaced the spark plugs with new NGK plugs. I have unplugged the coil packs while it is running and can hear an engine change one each one.
Here is a link to a video of it:

I am running out of ideas please help.
Thanks
Sounds like it could be low on engine oil, a loose spark plug, almost like an exhaust leak, old school diagnostic for rod knock was to remove the spark plug wire then the plug would not fire. Did it make the noise be fore the spark plug change. You should pull the disa valve and see if it's still in one piece and if it not is the pin that holds the flap in the flap is missing.

I did check the DISA and it was not cracked the pin was not missing and the gaskets looked pretty good. The oil could use a change but it is definitely full.
I found something else that looks possibly bad with the coil wires let me know what you think.

This is nothing to do with coil wires.
Can you determine WHERE the noise originates? (Front of motor, top of motor, back of motor, or MAYBE THE BELLHOUSING of the transmission?) Is this a manual or automatic transmission car?

Yes the noise seems to be coming from the rear of the engine. it sounds more like its coming from the bottom half but it is hard to tell. It is an automatic 325xi.
With the video and description as my only clues, my wild-assed guess is that the flexplate in the bellhousing is coming apart. Get the car on a lift......

A loose plug will make a sound eerily like a rod knock but I've never heard it this loud. Still, since the noise is concurrent with a plug change I'd be checking all the plugs are in correctly.
If nothing found can you post a video of it while you rev it lightly?

Got it checked out by a euro shop and confirmed it's a bad rod bearing. Thanks for your help guys.
