    BMW 520i E60 drowns 600 rpm and 1100rpm

    Good evening,After converting the car to LPG liquid injection of the vialle the car between 600 rpm and 1100 rpm drowns (fault) the symptom is gas and gasoline.     I'd suggest that you take the car to the company that did the conversion. Most likely, you have an intake leak, but I'm not at all familiar with the computer programming necessary for using LPG. I have only ever seen one LPG converted car; they are exceptionally rare, here.

    If the system works pretty much like gasoline, then a smoke test of the intake system to find leaks is your best bet.

    Good evening,Thank you You're right the GPL company should help, but I already was and it's difficult ................ forgetting the GPL and seeing it as a car problem, I've already changed candles, coils, but it seems to me that the problem is in admission, the wound. ........ I already did smoke inside the intake manifold and just left air in the intake pipe connecting the butterfly, then check that I had forgotten to tighten the clamp .......... ...... once we dismantled the butterfly valve of ralanti air control and cleaned .....

    Well what I see wrong is the guy took the oil cap off, that needs to be on to seal the CCV, which is also being tested.

    Second I get the just of what's being said, but not the details as I no hobla.

    I have already ordered the intake air tube, I am waiting for it to arrive, however I continue the investigation, now it has malfunctioned the oxygen sensors the 4, I do not see any relation with the conversion of the car to LPG

    Boa noite,
    Ao fim de 5 meses eu descobri a avaria.
    Recapitulando, após a conversão do carro a GPL com o Kit da vialle injecção liquida, o carro ficou a mancar, depois de 2 visitas ao instalador BJC autoreparadora de Laborim, na presença do Senhor Luís Trigo, representante da vialle e de efectuarem verificações técnicas com um computador, garantiram-me que o problema não era do GPL, "....se falha a gasolina e a GPL então o problema não pode ser do GPL...se fosse era ignição mas com você já trocou velas e bobinas.........então o problema não é do GPL......deve ser um sensor e foi coincidencia"..........então decidi eu procurar a avaria.
    Gastei cerca de 1000 euros....................................... farto de gastar dinheiro decidi medir a cablagem de todas as bobinas e injectores e descobri fichas trocadas nas ligações do injectores de gasolina que foram trocadas na instalação do GPL, desliguei a parte electrica do GPL e o carro ficou bom.
    Levei o carro à oficina com a parte electrica toda desmontada e a funcionar bem, expliquei o problema, o carro ficou lá um dia e resolveram o problema.
    Quando perguntei qual foi a resolução do problema disseram-me que não encontraram nada, eu acho que foi obra do espirito santo.
    Portanto não assumem o problema, falei com o Senhor Luis Trigo que estava disposto a dividir o prejuízo pelos três, ou seja como tenho um Peugeot a gasolina e tinha pedido um orçamento, iriamos fazer uma reunião no inicio de setembro para chegar a um acordo. Falei com o Senhor Luís Trigo, que me disse para falar com a oficina, mas o Senhor não atende o telefone..........portanto como estou farto.....fico com o prejuízo mas denuncio. FALHAR FAZ PARTE DA NATUREZA HUMANA, NO ENTANTO AS PESSOAS SERIAS ASSUMEM AS SUAS RESPONSABILIDADES.
