    Shocks/Strut recommendations for E46 330Ci Convertible?

Hey Everybody! I own a 2001 330Ci Convertible with the sport package. The car has 135k miles on it and the shocks/struts are in dire need of replacement.

I wanted to get some recommendations on what brand of shocks/struts I should purchase. I don't track the car, but do a lot of spirited driving. I'm looking for
a sporty ride, but nothing that's too firm either as this is my daily driver. Also, do I need to replace any other parts when replacing the shocks and struts?

    All responses are much appreciated

I think the Koni FSD damper will be good choice for you, of course OE is always a great choice as well.

I would suggest Bilstein B4s or B6s if you want a stiffer set up.

    This is a good KoniFSD/Eibach combo:https://www.tirerack.com/suspension/...1&autoModClar=

I would also replace F-R strut/shock mounts, boots, bumpstops.

New OE shocks will make a difference. You are used to the cushy ride of your worn damper absorbers and new OE ones will probably suit you well. Of course you can get into stiffer set up with shorter springs etc, but I get a sense this is not what you are after here.

    My suggestion is Bilstein B4/Touring.

I'm partial to Koni Yellows on daily driven street cars because they're affordable, streetable, and adjustable.
