    1997 E36 M3 Coupe 5spd Manual - 108k miles, unmolested, excellent Cond.

I purchased this car a little over a year ago, but have since started a job with one of the Big 3, and I am under peer pressure to drive something a bit more patriotic. 2017 marks my 10th year of E36 ownership; I suppose it is time for something new regardless. Here are the details:

    1997 E36 M3 Coupe
    ~108,000 miles
    WBSBG9328VEY76419
    Cosmos Schwartz Metallic
    Black Vader interior
    Staggered DSIIs
    No Spoiler
    Moonroof
    Folding rear seats

    Things that are not stock:
Motion Motorsports front undertray with radiator duct flap
Pioneer Bluetooth headunit w/ hands-free mic (original headunit included, wiring was not modified)
OEM Euro glass ellipsoid headlights (factory plastic units included)
OEM Euro glass tail lights (factory amber units included)
OEM Euro clear corners & side markers (also included are smoked corners, amber corners, and amber side markers)
    ZHP shift knob
    Chassis X-brace
Matte black kidney grills (factory chrome parts included in sale)
Retrofitted euro Alcantara armrest (did not have the option from the factory)

The car currently has Vaders that are newly recovered in leather with Alcantara inserts, not heated. I can swap the original seats if you want them instead, keep in mind the drivers bolster is worn on the original set.

    Work done under my ownership:
    102k miles:
    Radiator
    Water Pump
    Thermostat
    Thermostat housing & gasket
    Cooling fan
    Fan clutch
    Expansion Tank & Cap
    Upper & Lower radiator hoses
    Accessory & A/C belts
    Throttle body intake rubber tube
    Throttle body gaskets
    ICV hose
    Clean ICV & Oil seperator
    OEM Sachs shocks
    Shock Mounts
Headliner, rear deck, & pillars redone
    HVAC Cabin filter
    Motion Motorsports Underpanel
    Guibo
    Oil Change
    Spark Plugs
    Rubber jack point inserts
    OBC light bulbs
    104k miles:
    Passenger window motor & regulator
    Trunk Seal
    Rear Trailing Arm Bushings
    106k miles:
    Hankook Ventus V12 Evo 2, 225/45/R17 front & spare, 245/40/R17 rear
    Four wheel weighted alignment
    Oil & filter change
    Brake pedal switch
    Rear sway bar bushings
New OEM floor mats & trunk carpet
    Transmission Fluid (Redline)
    Differential Fluid (Redline Limited Slip)
    Engine Air Filter

    The bad:
The car had some paintwork & rear bumper replaced in 2001 following a parking lot incident (this is the only anomaly on the CarFax). There is some clearcoat failure on the leading edge of the rear quarter panel next to the trunk lid. All body panel VIN stickers are present with exception of the rear bumper.

There are some very shallow indents in the top edge of the drivers fender (PDR guy said they can be pulled out)

It has the common steering wheel squeak in certain temperatures. Nowhere near as bad as my last E36, though.

There is some wear on the fuel rail beauty cover where there used to be a front strut bar

Minor audible exhaust leak, stethoscope tracks it to the cylinder #5-6 area of the manifold at the cylinder head.

There is some light wear & tear that you will find on any 20 year old car, but this is a very clean example.

    General notes:
Does not leak or burn a drop of anything.
The S52 pulls strong & sounds great.
    Transmission shifts smooth, no issues.
No burnt out pixels in the OBC, instrument cluster, etc. Everything functions.
    No malfunction lights, codes, etc
No rust, garaged summers & stored winters since at least 2004.
    No subframe cracks or fatigue.
    -----
This is a great driver with preventative maintenance out of the way, and will certainly be enjoyed by whoever owns it.

The car is currently in a heated storage unit. More pictures to come this weekend.
