Another most impressive build!
I still don't think the turbo will fit under the hood. ;-)
Thankyou very much sir. Yeh im gonna tackle the hood next week. Only nice thing right now is my coolant temp only reaches 190.....

Few updates....Car is an absolute ANIMAL...Its street tuned but hasnt seen the dyno yet. My tuners estimate is that its around 600hp. I lose traction at 75mph under full boost on 245s. Had time to trim the hood and this winter its getting new wheels/tires to hopefully hold more power to the ground

Something about seeing a sedan with all of its business sticking out of the hood makes me happy. Looks awesome! How screwed is the paint on the passenger side?
@Laminar Thanks, the passenger side actually does come clean and I ended up purchasing some 3m clear vinyl designed for paint protection so thsts getting applied this winter.

Agree - 4 door sedan does not give the hint what is beneath (and on top) of the hood!
Do we have any videos of this thing?
Our 400 HP offering is loads of fun...can only think what this will put a hurt on!
Ill try and figure out how to upload some videos tomorrow...

Took a stock E36 brake pedal and chopped, lengthened and straightened it to make a clutch pedal to replace the stock plastic one. Also fabbed up a Wilwood 7/8" clutch master with remote reservoir to compensate for the 4 puck Spec clutch.

Nice clutch master setup! I didn't dare just slice through the firewall - is it still sealed somehow?
Thanks, Yes im going to use DEI heat reflective tape to seal it.

Made a rear strut bar out of some pieces I had around the garage...

Working on my 330i front brake upgrade and painting the wheel wells before new wheels/tires go on

Love the car and the swap! Something I would think about is building a removable foot rest for the passenger so they can feet their feet planted on that vs accidentally kicking the writing board. My buddy had his rock crawler set-up like that and while it had less room than yours i'm sure i'd hate to have someone kick a relay or something
I've thought about doing a RSB a bunch of times but I'm not sure it does anything - the only thing there is the shock, not the spring or any suspension components. Does the tower really flex that much?
Didnt see these posts until just now. The rear brace does absolutely nothing except look cool lol. Im actually fabricating something for the pass foot well its been on my list

Few more things ive done. Built an xbrace from scratch. Also made a headlight switch delete panel with a led light that will act as a shift light.
