    m50b25 turbo build questions

    Hey guys.
    I have a e34 525it vanos.
i've been reading and collecting parts.
I want to build a dd with around 400hp.
I don't plan on doing any internals.

    things i've bought.
ces motorsport cut ring hg and copper spacer
    apr 2000 headstuds
    rapid spool turbo manifold t3
    tial 44m wastegate
    HKS Bov

    My question is.
What turbo should i go with that can help me reach this goal? budget $1200?
what size intercooler do i need?
what size injectors should i use?
There is no e85 in Vancouver. so it's most likely a 91 tune.

I'd recommend that turbo honestly, at least 60Lb injectors and maybe a tread stone 1235 inter cooler.

I second that ^^^ with a .82 T3 open housing. If you are buying a tune it will usually come with injectors.

I really don't know why you would want to do that.

Keeping Vanos is the only way to go, removing it is not going to benefit you one bit. It helps spool/transient response in a big way.

A Walbro 255 will handle that hp.

Single vanos is probably one of the most reliable parts of our cars...
