    tire rubbing question

Hello all, I just purchased a 2001 m3 and it had a very stiff suspension on it. So I swapped it out with some koni yellow adjustables with some H&r sport springs. The ride height is great, however, I am getting a rub on my back wheel over bumps. I have a few questions if anyone can help.

Will an alignment help with this?
Will stiffening the shock help with this?
I know my option is to roll the fender, but just wondering about the first two questions before I do this?

My tire size in the rear is 275/35/19

Seems there was no rubbing before, but then again, it was a different shock set up.

    Thanks

Rolling the fenders would be my first choice, as that way if your rear suspension goes to max, you don't have to worry about it rubbing.

An alignment won't do much beside change the toe in/out in the rear, so if you have an odd wear pattern on the tires, then you would need aligning.

As for the shock, it's job is to keep the spring from bouncing you all over the road. Your ride height is determined by the spring.

You could change the camber, however that would require replacing the lower wishbone support with an adjustable one from say ECS Tuning.
