750Li Beware?

Hey guys I'm looking at a 2010 750Li Xi with the twin turbo V8. I have the same engine in my 545i. I know these engines have issue, especially reading other forums about the 750. My question is that if all the snags were fixed by BMW is this car reliable? It has 75k on it. Thanks.

545 has the N62
750i has the N63.

They both have their issues, really depends on how long and how much you have in your pocket.
