Car has rough idle throws p0014 p0021 codes and dies.HELP!!!!

So I rebuilt the transmission and reset the adaptation for it. Now when I try to start the car I get these codes p0014 p0021. Not sure if I have screwed something up or they just went bad. Car ran perfect before the trans rebuild.

Check your connections to the cam position sensors and vanos solenoids. May not have anything to do with the trans.

Ok checked those and all good. Now the battery got to low and engaged ews and my computer shows 200.159 and can't get it working to reset😲😲 so can't restart and check for proper running

Ok got car running but still throwing these codes. Checked the mag and car does change when I unplug it. The car will barely run. I am stumped. Wasn't even near the engine compartment and the car ran perfect before the trans work. I am at a loss.. need help or the car is gone!!!!

Also I am using insta+, when I activate the van is intake the car immediately dies, when I activate the exhaust it gets slightly worse but really can't tell the difference, I have a cam and exh pos sensor and plan on replacing those

Remove and clean the vanos solenoid.

Could the crank speed sensor be wrong, pulled the flywheel to seal coolant passage and marked everything. But not showing a code for that??

Cleaned and moved all the solenoids and getting codes 2a88 and 2a89??

Switch solenoid connections as a test.

Ok will have to try that once it cools down. It sometimes randomly throws codes for all 4 and once cleared they don't come back until I try to give it throttle and kill it. Also is there any chance I could have got the flywheel in the wrong place. It's an auto but not sure if it could contribute to the issue
