Anyone have NCS Expert or any coding software for BMW

Hello,

I'm working on an E70 X5 which has a bad E-brake control module.

I have replaced the module, but need to code the VIN into the module.

Does anyone have NCS Expert or equivalent that would be willing to assist me downloading the VIN into the module?

I'm willing to pay you for your time to assist me.

I can code it for you. I rarely use ncs expert anymore for newer BMW, mainly like to use Autohex for coding and programming used modules, but at $5k it's not affordable for everyone.
We can certainly code the vin no problem.
