Recently acquired a slicktop 332ti from a good friend and I'm slowly in the process of taking it to the next level. I'll dive into the 5 inch record book as soon as I get my hands on it
Current mods:
- S54; Cold air intake, SPAL electric fan, Magnaflow exhaust,
- 6 speed; M5 clutch, Z3 LSD with finned diff cover, SSK
- AC Schnitzer rear aero
- BC coilovers, camber plates, BBS RK, sway bars
- Cross-drilled brakes, not sure what brand
- Angel eyes, euro taillights
- Lambda Speec Racing door panels
Thins to do:
- Swap interior to black
- Move battery further back
- Sport rear bumper
- Dual tip muffler
- Graphics
Some quick pictures:
Here's what I've done so far:

Nice ti! How do the BC coilovers ride and handle? Been thinking about them for my ti. I have them on my M Roadster with the Swift springs on the rear. Not sure if I should put them on a stock compact.

Man, that's an impressive ride. Were the door cards shot, or did you just want those aftermarket ones?
Thanks! The car is currently raised for comfort, so it's not as stiff as I'm used to. I'd recommend them for competitive Autocross for sure, and I can follow up once I lower it for the season.
I'll definitely get some REAL pictures once I get it all sorted.
Thanks good sir! Love yours as well
The door cards are in good condition, I'm swapping the interior to black, so I purchased these to add some flare
Wow nice project
Those door cards look 100% better than mine
This is making me want to go s54 all over again.
Should be fun to drive.
Looks nice but needs more M Rain

Photo dump:
I cut the gas pedal floor bracket off and had my bro weld it half an inch back to fit the E46 pedal adapter:
Mounted the M3 steering wheel, retrofitted older slip ring style for the horn and airbag still function
Battery mounted in the back
Swap is complete.

Awesome, what’s the weight here? This thing has to pull like a train. Post some engine / intake photos. Like to see what others are doing
Me gusta.
Haven't weighed it yet with the M3 drivetrain, but curbs stock at about 2700. Probably not far from there as the stock M42 is a heavy 4 banger.
I'm going to be giving the front and rear aprons a makeover when it warms up to clean up some imperfections and add a new look. Stay tuned
Hey, here's to you, California...
