Hi,

They are most likely 3 piece wheels and many of the USA based brands have styles which are like these. Also the JDM wheel market has similar design trends too. Without more information and unless someone really knows, it's hard to give you a definitive answer here on a BMW forum. Perhaps also ask on a JDM enthusiast forum as well.
