I am new to BMW, just bought a 2009 BMW x3 and looking for an Owners manual. Some of the items needing help:
1. Setting the alarm no chirping and indicator light on the rear view mirror when locking but the markers do blink.
2. Air conditioning is not blowing cold air.

#2 Your vehicle is probably low on refrigerant R134a. have the system leak tested, and add new refrigerant.

Can't comment on #1.
