1997 BMW M3 Sedan

For your consideration, my 1997 BMW M3 sedan. This car was originally an automatic but sometime long before my ownership, it was nicely converted to a 5-speed. Also long before my ownership, back in 2003, the car was involved in a minor collision (according to carfax report). At this time it received a salvage title although I'm not sure why. I see no damage to the rear of the car and both front fenders carry the original VIN tags. In fact Autocheck shows a clear title, but I want full disclosure. That being said, I have tastefully modified this car and performed routine maintainence to make it the wonderful driver that it is. It's a car I set up to be both a daily driver and a DE car in one package. Here's a list of work/mods performed;

Suspension
-KW v2 coil overs
-Control arms and bushings replaced
-Adjustable rear trailing arms with new RTABs
-Urethane subframe bushings
-Solid rear differential mount
-Tranny mounts (UUC blue)
-Rogue Engineering RSMs
-Racing Dynamics adjustable sway bars
-3.46 LSD
-Thayer differential clutch pack with 40% lock up
-new prop shaft, guibo, power steering hose and reservoir

Engine
-TMS Stage 2 ( Afe CAI, 3.5 euro hfm, 24 lb injectors, Shark injector)
-m50 intake set up
-ASC removal
-Clutch delay valve with stainless line
-SPAL electric fan
-new oil filter housing, cam sense, crank sensor and valve cover gasket
-Achilles Motorsport upgraded oil pump
-Cooling system upgraded (radiator, water pump, hoses)
-Active Aotoworks exhaust

Brakes
-Wilwood 325 mm big brake kit
-Stoptech rear rotors with Hawk street pads
-Stainless brake lines

Misc
-Motion Motorsport front splitter and under tray
-New front bumper cover
-Carbon fiber hood painted black with some minor nicks/scratches
-New Depot headlamps
-z3 shifter
-Apex wheels stud conversion
-TMS pedal set
-OZ racing Omnia 17.5" wheels with Bridgestone 04 Pole Position tires with approx 1k miles on them
-Vader seats. No tears, just some minor leather cracking and normal wear.
-Momo steering wheel with no airbag

I also have numerous small spare parts that I will throw in as well such as l/ f door seal, x-brace, aux fan in tank fuel pump, Dinan fuel pressure regulator, air bag, and more. I also have an extra set of ltw wheels 17.5" with brand new (0 miles) Michelin Pilot super sport tires which I can throw in for an extra $750.

With all the good comes some flaws. The headliner is starting to do its own thing, the tint is starting to peel off on the rear window and top of windshield, the A/C was removed long ago and I have no parts to replace it. The paint is about a 7/10.
