On a yellow car I would say red maybe even blue. I'm for calipers sticking out. I would not do a black. For these car I think the BBK would be more for looks so you want them to stick out. You can see the BBK if they are black.

I also considered red and blue as well. My old Alpine White E60 M5 had a Brembo BBK with red calipers and they look absolutely stunning.
The problem is with the color of my M3, which is Dakar Yellow. Not too many caliper colors work well with this exterior color. Fortunately, the white Stoptech logo is still visible so they won't be confused with stock calipers.
