Just bought a BMW.

Hi everyone. I've just bought a 2012. 318d tourer. I was wondering if there are any common faults. Anything to look out for or check. I'm also looking for some roof bars. It's the closed rail type. And also a tow bar. And does anyone know the colour of the alloys, as the other half has kerbed one already!!!!! Thanks in advance. Simon.

Welcome to the BMW world!
As this is primarily an American forum there aren't too many people floating around here with Diesel models but there are a few. I would suggest checking out the e90 section of the forum.
Tow bars are certainly a rare option.
My understanding is that BMW doesn't share the paint code for the wheels. There are some wheel shops that are very good at matching it, the info is certainly out there but I don't have it memorized.
