CAR BEEN SITTING FOR 4 1/2 Months

Hey guys quick question, My license was suspended and police impounded my car back in November 19th 2016, i finally got it cleared and have been allowed to retrieve my car tomorrow April 2017 (2012 528 XI, 70,592 mileage) it has been sitting for the past 4 months, my question is, what are some things i should immediately take care of maintenance wise, other than an oil change? Are there any problems that i need to be made aware of from it sitting for as long as it has been?

Hope your battery isn't dead!

I wouldn't even think an oil change is necessary unless its due for one anyway (at least 1x per year regardless of mileage). Setting the tire pressures and checking the fluid levels (should be part of an oil service anyway). Maybe charging the battery, or replacing it if it seems weak.

+1 check the battery and tire pressure. It's a newer car with relatively low miles, so it should be fine after a through warm-up stage.
