Does anybody know where I can download impa for windows 10 64 bit

I have it running on 64-bit Win10, but I just started getting an annoying freaking error when troubleshooting a PDC issue. I can fire up INPA, and get to the PDC module screens, but when I go to see the oscillation information of the sensors, I see an API error with details about a #19, and #20 error. Same with other functions, and other modules I tested. If I say "Yes" to stop the script running, I can refresh and see the oscillation values for a second or two, then the error pops up again.

I downloaded the whole package from this site. Look at this thread.
