E46 follow me home DIY and others

Hello !

I got myself a 320ci 2000'.. it has sport packet with mtech 2 front bumper, so im thinking about doing some DIY which includes:

Headlight mod (yellow high beam lights)
Follow me home w/ angel eyes
Black grill (plastidip)

are there any DIY over here ? I searched a forum a bit, and couldnt find it, or Im simply retarded lol

Congrats! If you just got it, I'd suggest a good starting point to be to make sure that it is in proper working order. Did you check to make sure that the cooling system has been refreshed recently. Water pump, thermostat, expansion tank, radiator, hoses, etc. How's the front end? Ball joints, rod ends, control arm bushings. And the rear suspension.

I recently bought a 2001 325i with very low miles for its age, but also pretty neglected. $1,500 just to get it where it needed to be before we started thinking about cosmetics.

yellow high beams: Get different temperature bulbs

plastic dip grill: plasti dip it?

Follow me home lights: requires programming using NCS expert.

Angel eyes: lots of DIY's floating around for these, but ive seen lots of car fires started by cheap angel eye kits so i never install them.

I'd start on your cooling system too! I just bought a 330i, thermostat died on me the day I got it, and the new one just failed because it got too hot, after a hose blew off. I get to do the repairs again!
