1972 Tii Ignitionadvance with a Shrick 292 cam?

My motor has high compression 175 psi cold (likes 100 low lead) and a Shrick cam. I can't find a cam code but the car responds very well between 3000 and 5500 rpm similar to the description of a 292. On the timing it is the smoothest at about 36 deg. advance but still a little lumpy at 1100 idle. Is this safe for my engine or will I crack the head. Water Temperature is normal.
