Plan b! ...
She's rollin'
Well I didn't expect that!
You will also need to check for a bent shifter carrier and other shifter parts. I also bought my Coupe off of copart with a hit harder than yours in the front. My transmission mounts were broken and I thought I had a bad transmission but it ended up being a bent shifter carrier and I was rubbing the driveshaft with shifting parts, especially in second. If everything is an inch and a half off, I guarantee the carrier is bent. Your transmission may be fine. Keep going. It's a fun build to watch.

Dexron 3 ATF is what the factory fill was in the manual transmissions so if that's what you put in, no need to change it unless you feel like it. I waste money and run Amsoil 5-30 MTF and absolutely love it. As far as a rear window, there are two options, OEM or the emiata window which is considerably cheaper and is what I put in my car and it has held up very well.

I will still bet your linkage is bent. I could not tell until it came out that it was trashed. It should be straight in both plains.
