Hi everybody,
Freshly arrived here, my name is Romain, I'm 24 and I'm coming from France. Let's introduce my 525i E34 ! I bought it 5 months ago, it was completely OEM, 76500km, and in pretty good shape !!
First of all I bought a staggered set of 18" MK Motorsports MK1, and hand-polished them :
Then, I started to work on the suspension...
Bought a nice Nardi Gara steering wheel :
I sent the rims to the paintshop, streched the tyres on them, and... tadaaa :
I also refurbished my headliner, sunroof, etc...
Then, a little help arrived in the garage and so I decided to refurb the whole front axle...
This weekend I decided to do a little engine and leather cleaning :
I also did a couple of pictures, so here is how it sits today !
All the fluids are brand new, transmission, motor, etc... All the parts of the front axle are brand new too, and I must say she's running like a charm !!! I love that car
Thanks for reading me, every positive or negative criticism is welcome !
Cheers !
Nice looking E34, Romain. Headliner and sunroof nicely remade, that is normal for that car age, that the headliner comes down and has to be remade. Did that also on my E32 750 and the E36 M3.

Thanks for these kind words my friend
Here are some news ! The complete M-Tech kit is installed (front bumper, rear bumper, side skirts w/ low door parts), and I love it I sprayed myself the black inserts on the bumpers, the result is quite good I think ! I also changed the whole exhaust (decat + M5 tips on the muffler). I think the car is really more agressive right now ! Here are some pictures :
Back from the paintshop with the bumpers on, to keep them safe !
Bumper inserts painting :
Decat exhaust + new muffler :
Final result :
Tomorrow I will replace the dogbones and rear bar links :
Really happy with the car right now !
Swell looking E34.
Must be great having access to a garage.
You can get away without a cat in France?
Yes, we are renting this garage for 6 months now with a friend, and this is the best decision we ever took He bought an hydraulic lift, it clearly changes life !
In France, you can run your car without cats if it is older than 1993
Great Looking car! Engine bay looks strangely empty without A/C components.
You're right, these days I miss A/C a lot with the temperatures we've got down there in France...
Some pictures after today's car wash !

Thank you guys, glad to see you like it !
That looks fantastic Romain, have a soft spot for nice E34's and love Calypsorot too. Have E36 Cabrio in Calypsorot and always look great when clean. If you want the real leather smell experience get yourself some Gliptone leather cleaner and conditioner. this stuff is amazing a bring a lovely smell of leather into the car. If you find it hard to get in France PM me and I can get some to you.
Also for the exterior buy some Meguiars X-press spray wax in the detailer bottle which is 3.78L and keep small spray bottle of it in the car always!!!! Again this is an absolutely AMAZING "Go To" product.
keep up the great work.
Thanks for these kind words buddy, and for the products advice too ! Will give a try to the Meguiars X-Press Wax ! I was already knowing the Gliptone brand, but I never took the time to order from their website, I think I will do it this month !
Super clean!

One more time I need your opinion guys, right or left ? This is only a quick Photoshop...
Personally I always prefer BMW center caps on my wheels

I ordered 4 BMW stickers for the wheels, I should receive them next week !
I did some more work on the car, installation of the rear coilovers with E32 top mounts, and rear door panel repair ! They were quite dead, I'm really satisfied with the result, it cost about 20€
I did a full polish and wax of the car, looks pretty cool for a 26 years old paint You can see I installed the BMW badges on the wheels too :
Thanks buddy. Here are some cool pictures a friend of me took yesterday :
Looks great, Calypso always looks really classy and the ambers look nice on that color

Thanks buddy One more pic :
Looks great, I would just try and get some bigger tires or front camber going on there to make it even. Those MK's look great though. Nice work! Calypso is always a favorite.
