It has 60hp more than the M3... but is not any faster. Any thoughts? Did BMW sandbag the numbers ... did Alfa over estimate it's numbers?
Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by hundreds of engineers that get paid thousands of dollars for something you bought at Pep Boys because your buddy who doesn't have a job told you it was 'better'?!?
An Italian company overshooting reality? Nah.
Maybe the Alfa is heavier? Higher center of mass/gravity? Different tires? Power band narrower? Whatever it is, I'd still get the Alfa.
Interested in vintage cars? Ever thought about racing one?

The quadrifoglio lapped the ring faster than any other sedan. M3/c63s included. The new Giulia is a badass little car.
Just watched it last night:

Well rumor has it that it lapped the ring faster because it is factory equipped with some super sticky Pirelli tires.
When they out it around the top gear track or around that track in the US it was only fractions of a second faster.
