    parking brake pins

Parking brake pins pulled out of the backing plate. Is there an easy way to fix this? From what I have read the whole trailing arm has to come out and remove the hub to replace the torn backing plate. That is a lot of work to install a new dust shield. Anybody have experience they would like to share on how to fix it without taking everything apart?

After dropping the half shaft, you should be able to remove the hub from the arm while it's still attached.
