Hi .. sorry if this is a duplicate post, I do not see the first one listed
I have just p]\bought a BMW Z4, unit has run flat tires on it which I am not impressed with (noisey and stiff) and would eventually like to replace them..
problem, always been hy\per about having spare on board..
I have seen a kit for about $600 with a space saver,k cover, jacketc..
kinda steep to me, as well as taking up too much room..
Is there any other space savers available, form a different make that would fit?
or another options,
Purchasing a mini compressor with instaflat would be space3 saving and good for an emergency, (although I understand they will whip out the TPSm....but they only cost about $60. (plus reprogramming etc.) which to me is a lot less than being stuck on the highway for whom knows how long
any one wish to share their experience..
thank you in advance bobmga62
Have you considered scavenging some junkyards? Some cars have space save spare tires in the trunk alongside with custom-fit holders to fit inside the wheel and hold the tools
But for me... I just have roadside assistance

There is no best solution for this issue. You drive an impractical car.
I have AAA+, fix-a-flat and a small compressor in the car. In 10 years of driving, I've had 1 flat. I'm willing to put up with the inconvenience of not carrying a spare.
Not so much a signature as a cry for help.
Hold on, saw this in a cartoon once...think I can pull it off.
