2001 BMW Dinan 540i/6

Hello everyone,

I am looking to part with my 2001 540i/6 Dinan 5. I have had this car for over 5 years and I absolutely love it, but I recently bought a house and think it's time to redirect my funds. I bought this car in 2011 from a gentlemen in central Iowa that had flown down to Texas to purchase it. The car HAS NEVER seen snow (he didn't even drive it in the rain) and does not have any rust. It is truly a blast to drive, and turns heads all over the place. The specs are below:

Mileage: 148k miles (subject to change as I drive this car daily during the summer/fall)
Exterior condition: 7.5/10
-Schwarz II paint is in fairly good condition, a couple minor scratches and paint chips from normal road use
-Front bumper has a decent number of rock chips, to be expected with the mileage on the car
Interior condition: 8.5/10
-Minimal leather wear on the driver's seat
Wheels: New in 2013, staggered 18" Rondell 81's, et13 in front, et18 in rear
Tires: New in late 2012 (guessing ~25k miles on them) 245/40/18 front, 275/35/18 rear BF Goodrich G-Force
M Sport Suspension
Dinan upgrades: (over $5k worth of upgrades)
-Cold air intake
-Intake manifold
-Mass air flow sensor
-Throttle body
-Stage 5 engine tune
-Full stainless exhaust
-Short shift kit
New parts since I've owned the car:
-Radiator (2012)
-Water pump (2012)
-Alternator (2015)
-Starter (2015)
-Valve cover gasket and upper and upper timing chain covers (2015)
-RH rear door window actuator (2014)

The bad:
-RH fog light mount is broken, light is secure, however it moves when pushed against
-Backlight on dash for odometer burnt out this year, it's readable, just dark. Haven't got around to fixing it yet
-Seek feature on radio doesn't work, it will not stop on any stations, just continues to loop
-Very slight shimmy in the steering wheel at 45-50mph, likely that the upper control arms need replaced.
