I have it unbolted and disconnected everywhere except for the large vertical tube that looks like it is the crank breather. I can't figure out how to separate from that and free the thing....
Ideas?
the vertical tube is only held in by a spring and rubber seals.. if you really have everything unbolted and disconnected, maybe the intake gaskets are just really stuck. perhaps a couple whacks with a big rubber mallet will unstick it? otherwise, search again for something you missed...
If you need photos of anything my 323 motor is on a stand. I think it's two nuts per cylinder. Tap tap. Nudge nudge. And it should come off the studs.

Thanks guys. It's off the studs but doesn't want to come up. I'll try more force.....
Thread a zip tie into the breather tube spring to keep it compressed while you pull the intake out.
Mine needed a little percussion maintenance with a rubber mallet to break the gaskets loose.
