AFR wideband install location

i picked up this AFR kit that comes with gauge and a wideband O2 sensor. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NBFHS10/

does it plug in to replace the stock front sensor - if so which one of the 2? or do you tap a new location on exhaust manifol - if so where?

this writeup https://sites.google.com/site/bmwm3stuff/Home/gauges replaces stock O2 sensor, however, this would only measure bank 1 (cyl 1, 2, 3). How do I set it up to measure exhaust from all cylinders?

PS. can it be installed in the rear sensor location since the cats are going away anyways? if a tailpipe AFR sensor does it, does wideband has to be all the way up front?

If You have original ECU which works with closed loop, you better do not replace oem lambdas. If You want to see what is going on over there, probably make some x or y pipe and attach ur new afr sensor somewhere in between.
