17" Naked Throwing Star wheel set

I have a great set of naked Throwing Star wheels for sale. They have polished lips and black centers. There is no curb rash on any of the wheels. There are no cracks, no dents, they all roll true.

Good question! I have no clue! I bought these last year from a fella at the SoCal Vintage meet, without the covers. I was going to use these for an M5 wagon build but I found a set of 3 piece Fikse Dinan wheels so I'm using those. These are just sitting at the shop collecting dust
