    coil connector pin removal

I have a broken hold down pin on one of my coil connectors. Can anyone tell me how to remove the 3 pins from the broken connector? Below is a picture of the broken connector partially dismantled and a close-up pic of the pins I need to remove.

I have tried using a small flathead screwdriver to push the pins out the back however they will not budge. I am looking for suggestions before I dremel the pins out.

URL shows how the pin looks like with those two holding pins from both sides.

The connector has two cutaways, you would need two small flat head screw driver's or you can use one screw driver but keep that tension on the wire while uncliping both holding pins the the pin will slide out.

With those two links things are becoming clearer now.

    Thank you very much!

To remove the pin you must first release the center mount from the body of the connector. Once this has been released you can use a suitable tool to push in the tabs on the wire connector. I have attached pictures below to show were to release the center mount.

    Mark.
