I wish the racing subforum was in OT. We could keep the real threads and the spoilers in one convenient location for Ridgeback.
So far RBR are about a second of Merc's pace while Ferrari's are half a second behind.
FP3 in about 15 min.
The cars are so close to the ground. The ground clearance is so little. They look kind of awesome.
Lance Stroll hits the wall again!
Nice run by Grosjean ending up in 6th place.
Lewis vs Vettel into the first corner tomorrow, can't wait.
6th for Grosjean in the Haas is real impressive.
13th for Alonso in the McLaren isn't bad either.
Don't like Boat-ass and Kimi next to each other.
great quali - love and hate the new timing loops within the sectors.... kind a spoils the suspense of the lap for me but you do get to see where exactly people are quicker.....
Also showed just how much quicker Hulk and Perez were against their new team mates. They were a tightly matched pair and great for FI as team mates.
Romain showing pace, Bottas not so far off either.
STR doing much better too - really nice to see!
Agree with you all, the start is going to be great and I hope for not a too exciting turn 1.
In for Vettel rants and round II of swearing live on TV.
Nah, Valtteri will just think Buxton means his new wife who now also shares that last name:

BMWs are fun in the snow too...
I'm not sure if anybody had noticed or not about how the RBR/Renault engine sounds different as soon as the drivers floor the throttle exiting the last turn back on to the main straight. I initially thought the under tray was scrapping against the ground but I don't see any sparks coming out the rear end. It only sparks when the cars dip down a little and run over the apex but no sparks prior to that point. You can even see some ground clearance from the camera angle facing the back straight. Anybody know if maybe the RBR's front wing is actually hitting the ground first or maybe that's the actual PU making the noise?
5 place penalty for Ricciardo, gearbox change just now.
Not surprised and was expected due to force of impact.
RIC out before race even starts.

Aye.
Is it just me or are we getting twice as many commercials in comparison to last year? Rather tired of missing radio comms because someone at the studio thinks we give a toss about the world figure skating championship.
