Anyone on here do cheap small machine work?
I would like to have some one off products machined; hoping someone has a lathe out there. In specific, I'm looking to have some step bushings made, I have the dimensions I'd like to have fabbed up and only need 4. I have found an off the shelf substitute but it will require 2.08mm of milling (and I don't have a lathe) and I'd like to keep the "round" shape, round.
As an alternative...
Unless it has to be completely true, it'd be easier to find someone with a belt sander that should be able to do the trick.
Not so much a signature as a cry for help.
Hold on, saw this in a cartoon once...think I can pull it off.
I actually found what I'm looking for, reducing bushing with a flared end 5/8" to 1/2"
