Its a used AA bottom mount. Anyone know anything about these and their functionality?
I've got an AA and that one looks quite different, odd WG port on it. It seems pricey, I got my stage 2 AA for $350 used

    Thanks for the help
I went F1 stage 4 with chromoly flywheel, holds up well and good drivability.

What about this turbo, it's a garrett, used but a good price
Seems high to me. I got a GT3582R and turbo blanket for $800 off craigslist.

I saw a spa manifold, motor mount arm, and wastegate on the boosted e36 world classified facebook page today

So I was cleaning the block today found an indentation near the rear outer wall. Kind of has me worried. Do you guys think it would cause any issues:

Soon I will be selling a GTX3582R, Steedspeed open T4, Tial MVR and I can throw in a 3.5" down pipe with WG pipe. I made 660 whp with it. I'm not sure what it's all worth though.

Don't worry about the indentation. Fill it with JB Weld if you want.

Got the tranny out today. Clutch, cut rings/studs are on order.

Still looking for a spa setup for a good price.

    Turbo Drain -

I've read that most bottom mount guys tap the oil pan above the oil plug. I'm pretty sure I don't want to pull the pan and the tap it. There have to be other options here?

I was thinking of using a scavenge pump and either tapping the oil cap or a cylinder head bolt somewhere?

    Any suggestions?

I tapped my oil pan above the drain plug and I do not have smoke issues. Some have also used the drain plug as a drain for the turbo, but I don't have any experience with that.

    Butters,

I had read a post from awhile back about manifold vacuum routing (and connections that should not see boost I.E. PCV) by fly. He said he got some of the information from you.

After reading what I understand is that any connections that lead from the manifold then to the head or block should disconnected from the manifold and then vented atmosphere?

You mean crank case ie valve cover/oil dip stick tube. Get rid of all that cyclone separator crap.

I've been doing some research on Methanol and it seems to me that a meth setup will give me even more piece of mind.

Anyone on here using one? If so who'd you go with and why?
