TunerPro Expert with a Dyno needed in SF Bay Area (stock ecu via emulator)

First time posting on this Forum section, need some help!
Does anyone know or can recommend a Tuner with a Dyno locally that has experience tuning OBD1 BMW's using ostrich emulator hooked up to stock DMEs via Tuner Pro or TunerPro RT?
I have a (track only) Supercharged V12 BMW 850 that is running too lean.
I must have called at least 8 tuners around bay area and got nowhere, everyone knows how to tune standalone systems but has no idea about tuning stock eproms... is that a forgotten art form?
