11/2206 E61 525d - Oil "sprayed" in the left side of the engine

Good morning all,

Seems like I have an issue and I'm trying to identify where that oil comes from. I noticed, couple of weeks ago, some oil, fresh, not too much, in the left side of the engine. Not on the engine, as such, more like to the left of the engine block, see photos, make it more clear. do you have any hint?

I got it couple of days after the last post I discovered the issue. The temperature sensor air was disconnected, see image below:
