DTC Error Code 279B, 2882, 2883 on 2006 E83 with 110K milage

2006 E83 with 110K is generating error codes 279b, 2882 and 2883 thus tripping the Service Engine Soon indicator. Cleared the DTC error codes and the SES light came back on. I replaced the CCV Value and all hoses and rebuilt the DISA value at 5k. Any suggestions about a possible cause (bad sensor, vacuum line, etc.)

The codes indicate a faulty thermostat and lean conditions, bank1&2.
Check connection and thermostat for proper operation.
Do you have an aftermarket intake? Return to stock.
If lean codes persist, then I suggest an intake smoke test.
