Need Help: What parts should i pull off my 07 525i before it goes to salvage..?

I was in an accident that left my otherwise flawless 525I with enough front-end damage the at-fault party's insurance company declared it a total loss. I've already been paid for the car and have a day or so before Salvage comes to pick it up.

What parts should i pull for resale before they haul it away? What is commonly in high demand? What parts are most valuable? What are people looking for but can't find.?
