    2008 BMW 750li

    Soft close not pulling the door closed... 2008 E66

    Passenger front door manually closes fine but no soft close. The motor is running but will not pull the door closed. Any idea on where to start?

    Get a new door lock actuator. It's the motor and lock actuator all as one unit.

    This happened to my 08 E66 4 years ago. Dealer replaced the actuator under warranty.
