Anybody have bad support from them? I am asking for replacement drain plug because it is leaking coolant. The want me to take the undercover off and take a picture. I have to contact couple times to correct them it is the drain plug leak not the radiator cap.
I regret this purchase more and more. Life time warranty is just an advertisement to sell their product.
Send them a photo of the drain plug leaking.
Ask for the specific o-ring size, then stop in your local Home Depot and pick up a set.

I might as well change the drain plug O-ring after taking off the undercover. I am not asking for a radiator replacement only a drain plug or O-ring.
