Stalled while driving in cold, snowy weather

2003 E46 A/T with 92K. While driving 25MPH due to weather conditions, RPM's started dropping, then car stalled. Had it towed to the house, and now the fun starts. It shows codes 1083, 1085, 0171, & 0174. Listening while trying to start, it sounds like it's not getting any fuel. I cannot hear the fuel pump when trying to start it. When I tested the wiring harness on the fuel pump, I'm not getting any voltage measurement. Thinking it's the fuel pump relay, I pulled the relay out, and swapped it with the same color relay that is next to it. I get the same results. Reading some other posts, those codes reference vacuum leak or leaks. Suggestions as to what I should try before sending it to the stealership? Thanks in advance for replying!!

Hi again, I purchased a new fuel pump relay, and still I'm getting the same results. I've also checked the fuse. Again when I use a volt meter on the fuel pump wiring harness, I'm getting no reading. While replacing the fuse, I tried inserting the volt meter in the fuse slot, and I'm getting no reading there. While having the ignition turned on, in the engine compartment behind the MAF, I'm hearing a buzzing sound. Anyone have suggestions? I've held off on purchasing a fuel pump because I don't think that's my problem.

    Have you checked/replaced fuel filter/regulator#1with photo:https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/sho...diagId=13_0904
Hook up a fuel pressure gauge to fuel rail, observe readings, report back.

No, I haven't replaced the fuel filter. I'll need to purchase a fuel pressure gauge. Any recommendations on purchasing the gauge?

I forgot to ask, any explanation as to why I'm not getting anything on the volt meter when I plug into the wiring harness?
