Hello,
I'm looking into getting a set of tires, but I don't know what size. I'm, without a doubt, getting the Michelin Pilot Sport 4s, but I don't know what tire size. The front are Apex ARC-8 ET35 19x8.5" and the rear are Apex ARC-8 ET33 19x9.5". Any recommended size that you'd use? Thank you.
Sincerely,
F 18 Hornet
235 to 255 front width, 255-275 rear width.
Check out the link below for wheel fitment and spacing, it's a great, easy to understand guide.

Depending on the clearance on your particular car and the tire choice (some tires are wider than others), probably 245's in front and 265's in back.
Got it. Thank you.
Thank you for the response. The car is stock minus the rims, intake, exhaust, and ECU flash (the suspension was changed to KSport but was set to the height of the suspension from when the car left the factory). The tires I'm planning are the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S.
match the diameter to whatever you have stock.
If you increase diameter you will increase ride height, increase the chance of rub and decrease acceleration due to worse gearing.

Yes, always look at tire diameter when changing widths. Tire Rack has specs. Try to maintain as close to original as possible and also as close a ratio as possible on any front to rear difference. If you go wider, you will need to drop aspect ratio.
