Hey guys, new to the forum and new to BMW! Been in the powersports game for a long time and finally decided to sell the bike and get into a car. I've been interested in Bimmers for a while but never had the means to get one of my own until now. I was looking at the 335 but my budget was more tailored for a 328 and I'm perfectly happy with that! Picked up an 08' 328i with 78K miles from the 2nd owner, interior is in great shape and it has a clean service history. I love it! Excited to start learning by more about these cars and start my BMW journey. Cheers!

Congrats!
Congrats the car looks great! I finally bought my 08 328i after many years of wanting one Just my 02 cents though you may want to make sure you are up to date on everything. My car had just over 84k on it when I bought it in October 2016, I knew before hand that it may need the cooling system done so I was prepared for it when I purchased the car.
I wouldn't recommend waiting much longer than 80-85k, I noticed that the temp of the hood was pretty warm after driving about 15 miles to work. Now after the refresh it's a normal warm/temp, anyway since I bought the car I have changed out the cooling system, full suspension, battery, transmission service/filter, tires, hood shocks, added 35% tint. I'm taking the car in at the end of the month to change two p/s lines and flush.
All of this has cost me $4,500 however the car is like new I was fortunate enough to have funds available for the work or I would not have bought another bimmer , I've owned several and I just had to have it LOL.
Anyway good luck with your car take care of her and she will take car of you.
Thanks for the input! I actually had noticed that the hood was a bit warmer than usual after about 15-20 miles. I'll definitely keep that in mind. Just over a week since I bought the car and I'm loving it. Full service coming up soon to get everything freshened up and just installed new headlights so I'm all set for now!

You've started quite above the bar of most new BMW enthusiasts, enjoy, as I know you will!
Thanks a lot! I knew that I really wanted one but I honestly don't know that I was gonna enjoy it this much

Nice! I love the lines and the look of the E90. The headlights brand is Spec-D, I got them from CarID.com. Lots of different styles and looks to choose from. Came out to about $300 after shipping and they were basically plug & play. I made a thread about it in the "Lighting" section here
