OK so here shortly I plan on looking for a E 46 M3 convertible. I'm a long time E38 owner and I have owned three in my lifetime and I'm ready to move on to something fast and sporty.
My questions are this first off for the color combination do white convertible m3's come with red leather?
If not I had planned on buying one with black or gray leather and just swapping it out with a full set from a wrecked car off of eBay or something.
Could someone tell me what all "reds" are available for our cars I know there is imola red interior but what else is offered.
Also are the coupe seats differnt than the convertible
Thanks guys 👌👌

Yes there's AW / IR verts forsure. Also coupe seats are different. The belt is mounted to the vert seat.
I know this isn't pertinent, but of the three M3s I currently own, color was not in the decision process.

Cool
Thanks for the info...
Honestly I'm
Torn between white red leather... red with black leather or black
With blac leather... is be fine with any of them though.
2 things I am certain about I want a manual and I want it to be convertible .
Plan on supercharging it as soon as I get it

along with internals , and a mild cam.
There'sA supercharged white on cinnamon six speed in the DC or Baltimore craigslist for 11,900… I'm not sure how it's still there, but it could be a goodbye if you have a reserve to freshen everything up. Definitely a lot of car for the money
ignore the typos, I'm using text to speech. I'll see if I can dig the ad up later and post it for you
I have a white car with a red leather interior and I absolutely love the color combo. The red does a much better job than black of not getting scorching hot in direct sunlight and people seem to generally have a very positive response to the look. I considered doing an interior swap and besides concern about fit and finish swapping the entire interior I found that red seems to be worth a LOT more than any other color outside of the special order stuff. The 'premium' for the color combo was much lower at purchase than trying to do a swap, and then everything still matches your vin so it doesn't look like you tried to pull something sketchy like not disclosing water damage should you go to sell. To counter what was said above color was a major factor for me - I'm really happy I waited out for what I really wanted and encourage you to do the same if this is important to you.
