Do I only need to pre-load the suspension for the rear control arm or both? And how would guys reccomend I SAFELY pre-load and torque with out ramps? It seems like it might be possible with wheels on ground and reaching around with bumper off for more clearence.

The ends of the arms that connect to the subframe should be torqued with the suspension pre-loaded.
Take the wheel off and put something under the swing arm just behind the wheel, then lower the jack.
I drove up on some lumber I had laying around to give me room under the car. Super safe and more than enough room to work under there.

What I've done is having the the car jacked up on all fours and then just jacking up one corner by the wheel carrier, getting it up just enough to start taking the weight off of the nearest jack stand.

I just ended up jacking the car by the rotor to the point where it just came off the jack stand. No idea how well it will work since I had to take it to alignment shop.

Mine is a bit off, I'll make an adjustment via the pitman arms ( that's what their called). I noticed one side has more threads than the other. While it minor, I very picky.
I take it from previous install performed at my suspension guy he didn't preload then proceeded to align, which I attribute for the misalignment...
